“Leonard: My Fifty-Year Friendship with A Remarkable Man”
By William Shatner with David Fisher.
I recommend this book as a journey of life encompassing a shared career and friendship between actors that I enjoyed growing up.
Listening to Mr. Shatner’s excellent narration to share his love of Leonard Nimoy was a privilege and a priceless gift of insight into what makes a career and friendship.
I am a Star Trek fan growing up and in my 55 years of enjoying Mr. Shatner and Mr. Nimoy in all their many roles I found this book a gift that helped me to see the beauty of pursing a career and how it impacts living life to the fullest.
I’m thankful that I took the time to listen to this well written book.

Thanks for sharing. I agree – the best option is in life is to find the positive. Meditation helps me to let go of negative thoughts. There’s so much life has to offer – if we only open our eyes and see. Peace.

“Wait,” you say. “I thought you said these were going to be quick, easy tips! Posting is The Hardest Thing Evah!”
I feel you. Writer’s block is real, but an active posting schedule of useful content is rule number one in traffic building.
Posts don’t have to be a ten-paragraph original academic essay to be worthwhile, though! Here are some ideas if the blank page (well, post editor) is getting you down:
Post a photo you’ve recently snapped, with a few lines about where it was…

You are loved, Kelz. The alone times are opportunities to connect with the Universe – to understand what is uniquely ours to do in this life. I’ve been spending alot of time this weekend reading through comments you’ve all written to me and doing my best to respond to everyone.
One thing that struck me while I was doing this with tears in my eyes. I’m not alone and there are so many incredible people out there in this big bad world, willing, understand and so encouraging.
Alot have described me as having courage, being strong and brave, being inspiring. It feels like the ultimate form of Validation.
It’s also made me realise I need to learn self validation. That I am a good person who toke wrong turns. Working daily to improve my situations, me, my life and that of my children’s. I have only a few friends. But they are amazing.
You have all given me more hope. You’ve given me understanding. You’ve given more more then you’ll ever know.
Thank you doesn’t…

Art at its very best – beauty and love combined.
A few days ago I was walking along the beach feeling so sad. I turned around and saw my foot prints, deciding to take a photo. My thoughts wondered to him. I wished he was walking beside me, hand in hand like before. I’ve just realised he was. Not in person but he’s always with me, in mind, heart and soul. Our memories are mine to keep, my love for him is allowed in my heart. No matter what happens my lost love you’ll forever be with me, in my past, my current thoughts and my future dreams

Excellent post. I agree. Peace.
Because I can...
The first thing that came to mind was my grandchildren. They inspire me to believe that there is good in the world. They inspire me to see the beauty in a butterfly and in scattered rocks on the ground. I can be walking with them on a beach and not see the lovely shell that my grandson finds and hands to me. I cherish the opportunity to see the world through their eyes. I need to believe that we can fix this world. That we can clean up our act as human beings so that our children and grandchildren will have a world worth living in. I know that there is life beyond this life but we have to make the most of this life. We have purpose and we have the ability to create such wonderful things and we can create what we need to keep this world beautiful…
